Service - We had a team offshore to install a chemical injection package that their onshore team had designed and modularly fabricated. The teams were innovative, flexible and saved us major time to get the package commissioned.
I Just wanted to pass on some good feedback for the recent SBT rework that two of your technicians completed on our asset. The Job as a whole has been completed to a very high standard throughout while working through poor weather conditions in an exposed area. We did unfortunately have a delay in being able to start the Job due to an Isolation issue from the platform side of things however your technicians remained upbeat with a great attitude. Based on the standard of work and attitude demonstrated they are a credit to your team and fit in with the maintenance team on our asset as if they have worked here for years. Hopefully we will see them again soon on the turbine refurb scope.
Service - The Small Bore Tubing inspection and the remedial campaign has had a major impact on our mission to eliminate hydrocarbon releases and the data analysis report has set our inspection regime.
"Can you please feedback to AFST that your SBT technician has fitted in very well on the asset. His attitude and behaviour towards safe working has been commented on by all of the supervisors during worksite visits. He has also identified several improvement areas for us which is great. We are looking forward to continuing to have him working on the asset."
Service - We need several instruments fitted quickly to a bespoke spool to be used for drilling tests, rated to 1000bar. The AFST team responded with resourcing the tubing, brackets, fasteners & fittings, working all hours to design, pressure test and fit a solution. Excellent result.
Training - "After conducting a Training Needs Analysis program AFTS are providing a Training Management Service for us, saving our SME company valuable time and money.”
Training - The ECITB approved ‘Connected Competence’ initiative that AFST are delivering has raised the bar in competence for the transient workforce

Alasdair specialised in the area of Small Bore Tubing and Instrumentation & Control over 30 years ago and has taken AFS Technologies to be recognised as the leading independent experts in such. As a Subject Matter Expert, he has contributed to the industry by working with such entities as the Energy Institute, ECITB and many others to set standards and policies for operators and contractors to work to. Offering a portfolio of services covering inspection, construction & installation, ECITB approved knowledge and assessment training as well as being distributors for multiple major manufacturers he has positioned the company for major growth; integrating integrity solutions.
Janice started working with AFS in 1996 and has held various management positions, now as Operations Manager. Managing focal points for a number of key global customers Janice is responsible for the planning, mobilisation and operations of all onshore & offshore inspections and remedial work campaigns, as well as staff competence.
