Approach: AFS Technologies worked with the operator as part of an integrated team using our online portal, aligned to SAP data, to prioritise and plan remedial action over time. This process formed the basis of the Energy Institute Guidelines for the design, installation and management of small bore tubing assemblies
Result: Anomaly rate in ongoing inspections fell from over 25% to less than 1%
