West African Gas Plant

Challenge: A West African gas plant had numerous losses of containment through small bore tubing assemblies

Approach: AFS Technologies were invited to provide an integrated approach involving inspection, analysis, remedial works and personnel training over a three year contract. Each train was inspected and repaired during the three yearly shutdown.

Result: On the first process train, over 4000 anomalies were identified and repaired in a 40 day period. All data was managed using our EX-rated computer pads and reported live on our customer web portal
